Mr. Ratan Prakash – A General Insurance professional in various roles with PSU and Pvt. Insurers as well as the broking fraternity. His exposure in various states of Maharashtra, UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, in Pan India role and various collaborations have given deep insight into the nuances of the business in practically all GI products as also in all market segments Corporate, Retail, Cooperative/Govt. etc. The journey of more than 39 years has honed the manpower management & leadership skills along with allied administrative duties, legal compliances, claims management, operations, IT systems, etc.
Mr. Sachin Tambe – A marketing professional with an MBA degree and has 17 years of work experience in the General Insurance industry which has equipped him with an all-round critical appreciation of the nuances of the General Insurance industry, the client behavioural patterns (Retail & Corporate), GI products, etc. These skills will effectively anchor the company’s marketing effort which has been earmarked as his core functional area.
Mr. Uday Khadilkar – Having done his masters from IIT Delhi and a BE degree in Textiles from VJTI, he has been associated with Grasim Industries for the major part of his 36 years career. He has been actively involved in diverse roles of QIP Projects, VSF Sales, etc. & LAPF initiatives which are all directed towards strategic improvements in Productivity, Profitability, Quality, etc. The experience of these activities Pan India and abroad coupled with his technical skills provides for a unique and highly competent expertise in the perspective of “Risk Management”. He has also been driving the sales & business development activity and as such will be an asset to the company for anchoring & driving the Techno – marketing effort.
